Poem:
It can be hard
To cook for two
So a night out
Will make it easier for you!
The 9th day of Christmas brought Dennis running gloves. He is really picky about these things and they are exactly what he loves. Perfect!
Poem:
On the 9th day of Christmas, Dad came in from a run.
Running for Dad was was a way to have fun.
As the warmth hit his hand, something felt weird
As he looked at his pinky, it was just as he feared
His pinky was purple, and looked pretty bad
As he felt, he felt nothing in his whole hand
"This just won't do" he quietly said
Pam won't be happy if my whole hand is dead
Merry Christmas Dad, just in case there's a storm
Here's something nice to keep your hands warm.
Thanks kids! We love our gifts and can't wait to open Day 10, 11, and 12! This is fun.

Can't wait to see the next days' gifts. Very clever and semi-poetic kids.
